Lisalottes Lifetime Orders

My day task for today was for TheOttbSolan's request to train Lisalotte in dressage. Having read the previous lesson's review I knew what I had to work with. It made me smile as Lisalotte seem to be a very smart mare. What worried me was her way of thinking for the rider instead of working with them. So I was going to make sure to work on that with her and we had time. Walking to the arena I handed the TheOttbSolan an earpiece with a microphone so I didn't need to scream while giving instructions and she could concentrate on riding more.
We started with a normal walk and some bending movements to loosen Lisalotte her muscles as a warm-up. I did notice that the mare seem to indeed try and correct her rider's mistakes which I told the rider to ignore. She had to learn to trust her rider and do what is told for now. That way the dynamic between the two would become better and in the show, the ring would get higher points. It took a little for Lisalotte to get the drift and they started to work well together which made me smile. I always loved to see rider and horse dynamics like this. As we continued with a trot, Lisalotte a moment fell back in behavior but with her rider soon noticed here she could trust the one in command as well.
Making some circles and asking her to look inwards while keeping bend seems to be alright for Lisalotte and I can see the potential which this horse has. As a reward at the end of the lesson, I let them canter and watched the two. Lisalotte has a great balance already even if she finds the right hand more difficult than her left. When I told the rider to put her hands forward Lisalotte responded by following the hand while still in the canter. She didn't speed up at all which was good.
When both sides were done I told them to cool down and reward her for a good job done, also complimenting the rider for a job well done.

Today I trained in Dressage and Jumping one of the TheOttbSolan´s horses. She is a beateful Hanoverian mare and a sweet training partner. The training was funny, as a sweet mare, she let me to watch her and evaluate what to do, then I started with the jumps. I was impressed that she does it very well so I go with TheOttbSolan´s movments and corects one or two things and started with the dressage. I have seen something very funny, if I or TheOttbSolan makes a mistake, she corrects us and make it very well at all.

Today went to see Lisalotte for her Grooming session. Her owner had asked me to make her look pretty, which was easy as Lisalotte already is a good-looking horse. Knowing what was on the menu for today I set out for my task. After having placed Lisalotte in the grooming stall I took my time to get her nice and clean before I took my tools to make the professional clip that was requested. Lisalotte did not like the sound of the clipper much and at first, tried to get away from it. With a gentle voice and some treats I was able to do the job correctly and rewarded Lisalotte for a job well done. Moving her from the grooming stall to the washing stall I ran into a slight problem as Lisalotte did not want to go into the washing stall. It took some effort but she finally walked in and enjoyed her deep clean professional washing. After having removed the water from her fur and taking a moment to let her relax under the solarium I continued to massage Lisalotte finding a few small muscles which protested. After removing the nods she relaxed and let out the air she was holding. Indeed a beautiful horse. After finishing my job I applied the hoof oil and took her to her stall to enjoy some food and water.

Today, Lisalotta needed a farrier trim and 4 new, shiny horse shoes. Lovely, as she is, she waited patiently for me to correct her hooved and shoes. She didn't bother all the noice. Before, I said my farrier trim and shoes finished, I checked her walking and trotting, to see if she was comfortable. She was. I went out to the pasture, released her and watched her running around. Today, the beauty Lisalotta is going to have her basic exam. As I examined her, I observed a wound in the face, near the eye. I quickly wounded it up, but the owner should get a wound and scar cream to not getting it infected. Further on, I applied a vaccination, so she will stay healthy.
The day isn't over yet. Lisalotta still needs the dental care, acupuncture treatment, the DNA researching and the package of worm treatment. I started with Dental Care, where I quickly discovered healthy teeth. Next, I scratched her as I did the acupuntcure. She had to have a distraction, because she would bite after the needles if not. After the acupuncture treatment, I took Lisalotta back to her pasture. I had already collected some blood of her, which I analyzed immediately. The information I got on Lisalotta was unreadable, because her parents never were researched, so I could not give any answer here. Atthe end of my visit for Lisalotte, I gave the owner a package of worm treatment.
