Lucifer Lifetime Orders
Writer: Sassy I Reason: Grooming Service I Date: 17.04.21
Today I went out to Ethan. Lucifer needed some attention. When I got there he was out in the pasture, so I grabbed his halter and brought him into the stable. I started by grooming him. He was really friendly and seemed to enjoy my company. Once I was done I picked his hooves. He lifted all four of them nicely. After grooming him it was time for a shower. I wetted him thoroughly and shampooed him. Then I rinsed him off, making sure there was no shampoo left. I grabbed the sweat scraper and got as much water as possible off of him. Since it was a sunny day I decided to let him dry in the sun. While Lucifer was drying I went into the stable to muck out his stall. I got out the dirty bedding and replaced it with clean bedding. When I was done with that I took a now dry Lucifer into the stable. I put him in the midway and got the hoof oil. I applied it quickly before putting him into his stall and saying bye.

My first job for today was starting with Lucifer, the town's most known horse. I packed my tools and drove towards Ethan's horse. Some hours later I finally arrived at the stable where Lucifer was. He neighed to me, while I was going out of my car. I walked toward the fence and gave him a carrot.
I went to the stable and placed my stuff around. I also grabbed a halter and rope, so I could bring Lucifer into the stable. He gladly joined me into the cold shadow, since his pasture was filled with much sunlight. As he cooled down in the cool midway of the stable, I checked his hooves. They were pretty and only needed a few adjustments. I also adjusted the new summer shoes, so they could fit his hoof form. After putting in the nails, I quickly applied special hoof oil under his hooves, so he wouldn't start drying out.

Normal capillary refill time. His respiratory is normal, 20 breaths a minute. He is well hydrated, after pinching his skin it poppes back in about one second. He is a little on the heavy side, so he needs a diet plan and training. His heart rate is normal. He got normal gut sounds. No heat or swelling by his tendons. His hooves look good and healthy. His temperature is at 38*c, so within normal. His milk teeth is shedded, and his permanent teeth has all grown out. I would say hes about 5 years of age. I collected some blood and analyzed it. Unfortunately, it was unreadable. Then we gave him his vaccine and worm treatment. He will need new shots in about 3 months.
